OSCE : Objective Structured Clinical Examination
a.k.a practikal exam untuk kitorg la.
nak tgk care kerja, reti wat tak procedure tuh.
sterility terjage or contaminated...
sgt nervous. very3 the sangat nervous!

soalan2 yang masuk: all 9 station.
only 5minutes given each station to complete all question.

1 station = 5minutes. 9 station= 45minutes.

1- oral med. syr benadryl 20mg. yang ni my 1st station. sbb nerveous sgt2. i forgot to check 6R. lepas abes mase, terase sgt snoll sbb mende tuh sgt sonang~~~geram! tapi sbb first station...i redha....

2- priming tubing for drip. yang ni kene prime je. i da buat sgt2 behati2. b4 priming, kene la check xpired date. i da check, tapi bile check,the examiner kate tayah. tibe2 tadi bile discuss, kene check la lak. ape daaa~~

3- intake and output chart. ni i'm totally maen isi je jadual tuh. sorry cik..mmg tak sempat nak komen pape. ampun2!

4- STO (stitch to off) uwaa! this station sgt snoll! saye sgt tah hape2! i got ZERO. ZERO. ZERO. dush2! contaminated because i put the sterile field bertindih.. apekah? mane anda blaja muni?? ajaran sesat! sob3...

5- IntraMuscular injection. IM Voltaren 50mg. tah. station ni tatau la pe mende yang haku wat salah. pegang plunger die kot. ya tuhannn..

6- Chest tube! oh god...err! sterile sponging holding forcep? Arghh! very rigid la mind haku nih. mende tuh pon takle nak pk. bazir beberape minit juz because of that snoll clamper~

7- MDI (metered dose inhaler) kat station ni, daku kene ajar patient camne nak gune ubat. MDI tu ialah ubat untuk patient asthma yang kalo tbe2 semput, press ubat then sedut tuh. tau kan? tau kan? ala..yang salu ade kat tv tu. 'siannye die nih. sakit sampai duduk senget'. padahal, sepatutnye kene suh pt duduk betol2! sangat tah hape2~!

8- ECG (electrocardiogram) ok. ni salah intercostal! v5, v6 salah. uwaaaa~ T_T da la ribs tuh tak nampak. nape la buh lukisan yang tak seberape tuh. nape tak gune ribs Mr.Adam. kan nyata lagi bersuluh... ish3..

9- check oxigen tank. 5L/min via face mask. ni ok kot. cume daku lupa mau check pressure. hurm...

kesimpulannye....

1- entry ini sgt membebel. becoz i talked to myself. kalo tak paham pon takpe. haha!

2-word *snoll* itu tiada membawa ape2 maksud. percayalah. itu hanyalah perkataan yang saya sangat suka untuk menyebut dan menggunakannye. cube anda sebut..anda pasti sukakannye... :B

3- saya berase sangat la tah hape2 sbb soklan dah spot. da prektis. mende tuh sgt simple if saya da salu buat. tapi, sbb mende ni exam...pluss ngan nervous yang tinggi menggunung~sume jadi sgt sengal. eeee....geram!

4- tapi alhamdulillah daku LULUS.
aku mesti BERSYUKUR...

5- kak MaYa: hoho..takpe la..u have tried ur best right? cuba lagi.. :)

6- puan Roy: it's okay...
